1. Just imagine that how boring the people who work all day long to do the similar tasks are! The key point is far beyond their frustration when confronted with boredom of work repeatability—it’s work efficiency. They will lack encouragement to use their brains since it looks like that all work only need to be repeated, which will lead to mistakes easily.
2. Besides that, people who always do similar work will not think about any improvement of their work performance as well as their personal growth. Their routine and boring work will convince them that they have done quite well in everything, which will exert a bad influence on individual’s performance or personality, as well as the teamwork results if it runs in a long time.
反 (disagree)
1. People always say that practice makes perfect. Though it is true that most people dislike their similar work tasks, only a few of them could expertize their jobs. The majority of them do not have a clear recognition that whether they understand their work and they are really into it or not. The consequence is that their work needs to be perfected to a large extent.
2. As for an organization, all work is divided into different parts according to their attributes, performers, and difficulty levels. A person could not be entrusted various kinds of responsibilities because individual energy is limited. Moreover, a formal company or organization has to guarantee their work distribution is fair and reasonable. So the reality is that people have to work with similar job tasks and they have to really enjoy it if they want to have an excellent performance.
