Those who hold a senior management position are paid much higher than other workers and technicians in the same company or organisation. I believe this is reasonable because the top executives usually work longer hours and under greater pressure, and more importantly, they are harder to find in the job market.

2. Some countries achieve international sporting success by building specialized facilities to train top athletes instead of providing sports facilities that everyone can use. Do you think it is a positive or negative development?
Some countries today invest huge amount of money on specialized facilities for the training of their top athletes to achieve sporting success internationally. I think this investment is rewarding as long as it is not at the expenses of the sports facilities for the public.

3. In many countries, women are allowed to take maternity leave from their jobs during the first month after the birth of their baby. Does advantage outweigh disadvantages?
Being a mother is a milestone for many women in the course of life, which means that the long term nurturing and caring of the unborn babies finally bear fruit. Though I am not a feminist, I suppose it is very necessary for female to take a maternity leave in the wake of delivery.

4. People believe that using mobile phones and computers to communicate make us lose ability to communicate with each other face-to-face. Do you agree or disagree?
We live in a world where communication through modern technology such as smart phone and computer is so prevalent that it's hard to go anywhere without seeing someone texting,emailing,writing blogs and tweeting.Of course the use of technology can be good.It provides us with faster,more efficient ways to communicate with others,but it can also harm our ability to communicate with people face to face.
5. Some people think the technology makes life complex, so we should make life simpler without using the technology. To what extend do you agree or disagree?
Over the past century, science and technology has been developing unprecedentedly and changing every aspect of people's lives. In my point of view,technology brings about higher efficiency and greater convenience, even though it causes confusion and disorder under some circumstances.
