费城大学
Philadelphia University
费城大学（Philadelphia University）位于美国宾夕法尼亚州的费城。1884年，费城大学的前身，费城纺织学校成立，在1941年，学校也更名为费城纺织学院，学校获准授予学士学位。
1949年，开始在费城东秋区现在的校址教学。1961年，学校又一次改名，改为费城纺织科技学院。后期学院向宾夕法尼亚联邦政府提交申请为综合性的费城大学，并得到了批准。
学校设置了30多个专业、50多门研究生和本科生科目，让学生获得理学学士、文学学士、风景建筑学学士，以及在纺织工程和科学方面的硕士学位和博士学位。今天费城大学的校友在设计、建筑、时尚、商业、工程、卫生、纺织、材料、可持续发展方面处于全球领先地位。学校不同于当时依照英国模式开设老式课程并旨在培养神职人员的三所殖民地学院（哈佛、耶鲁、威廉与玛丽学院），不仅首先设立了科学课程，同时还第一个开设了历史、数学、农学、英语和现代语言等课程。
