美国庞弗雷特中学
Pomfret School
庞弗雷特中学始建于1894年，风景如画的500英亩校区坐落于康涅狄格州的东北部。学校82%的老师拥有终身学位，该比例在美国私立寄宿中学中相当罕见。学校的教学宗旨是通过经验丰富的教师、多种多样的文化课程以及严谨的教学风格让所有的在校学生拥有一个健康完整的思想和体格。在过去的8年里，所有参加AP英语文学与写作的学生的平均分为4分。2008年学校的数学组获得了康涅狄格州东部地区第一名。
学校课程
涵盖数码艺术、英语、艺术、第二外语、历史、数学、宗教、科学144门高中课程。
AP课程
化学、物理C、生物、微积分AB、微积分BC、统计、美国政治、宏观经济学、微观经济学、欧洲历史、美国历史、西班牙语、西班牙文学、汉语文化、法语、艺术工作室（2-D涉及）、艺术工作室（3-D涉及）、艺术工作室（绘画）、音乐理论、英语文学与写作。
荣誉课程

毕业要求
英语4学年、数学3学年（包含几何II）、第二外语三级、历史3学年（包含美国历史）、科学三学年（包含物理、化学和生物）、数码艺术一学期、宗教第一学期、艺术二学期、社会问题一学期。
升学率
2010年毕业生100%升入美国大学，包括杜克大学、达特茅斯学院、普林斯顿大学及耶鲁大学等。
