新河社区学院
New River Community College
新河社区学院成立于1959年，1966年得到弗吉尼亚州社区学院系统的认可。学校最近有一突破性之举――开办了电脑游戏技术专业，弗吉尼亚州只有少数几所学校有此专业。这所两年制专科学校毗邻弗吉尼亚科技大学与瑞德福德大学，对想转入4年制大学的学生来说是十分有利的条件。
新河社区学院的教学特色是小班授课，专业设置丰富，课外活动多姿多彩。教师不仅有很好的学术背景，而且能和学生深入、有效率地交流互动。学院不仅为新河谷的当地人所看好，还被认为是全美国最好的社区学校之一，其很多专业领域倍受关注。学院多次登上知名媒体，而且获得了许多国家级奖项。新河社区学院（都柏林）专业包括：艺术与摄影、儿童早期发展、早期教育、经济、英语、历史、社会工作、数学、音乐、护理、实用护理、演讲与戏剧、会计、司法行政、技术支持管理、机动车技术、商务管理、电脑辅助绘图与设计、电子/仪器/电器、信息科技、仪器/自动化控制、法律助理、机械科技、市场、制冷/空调、焊接等。
