德州南方大学（Texas Southern University，缩写TSU，或称德克萨斯南方大学）是一所黑人学校，位于德克萨斯休斯敦市，是一所中等大小的公立综合性大学。
德州南方大学成立于1927年，当时是一所名为休斯敦有色人种学院（Houston Colored College）的私立大学。1947年3月，改为公立财政支持，是休斯敦第一所州立大学，1951年改为先用名。
德州南方大学是美国最大最知名的黑人学校之一，也是德州仅有的四所独立的公立大学之一。德州共有6个公立大学系统，德州南方大学和另三所公立大学是仅有的四所不隶属于任一系统的公立学校。同时，德州南方大学也是全美唯一一所被《福布斯》评为全美顶级大学（America‘s Top Colleges，见参考资料1）的黑人学校。此外，德州南方大学还是马歇尔大学基金的成员。
德州南方大学占地150英亩（约合0.61平方公里），拥有一所校博物馆。
