概况
The Stony Brook School主要针对7－12年级（相当于我国中学）的学生招生，走读、寄宿均可。获美国中部各州学校联合会认证。作为纽约州私立学校联合会以及美国寄宿制学校联合会的成员，学校在硬件和软件方面，都有不错的表现。
每个班级的平均学生人数为14名。学校的34幢大楼中，包括了教学楼，实验室，计算机实验室，校长办公室，管理中心等等。7幢寄宿楼提供了良好的住宿空间。校舍环境好，附属设施齐全。有24小时服务的健康中心。百分之七十的同学在校内都积极参加体育活动。学校运动设施齐全，有综合馆，摔跤房，游泳池，篮球场，体操房，网球场，田径场，足球场等等。

学期设置：每学年有30周的学习时间，被分为2个学期。
学位设置： 学生每天要上7节课。针对7年级到8年级的学生，学校提供比较有创造性的环境给学生，使他们能增加基本才干以升入高年级的学习。9年级到12年级的学生，将学习圣经课程，英语，法语，拉丁语，历史，科学，几何，代数，健康，生物，化学，物理，艺术，音乐等等课程。而在11－12年级中，自主的学习计划将更提倡，AP课程如欧洲历史，美国历史，生物，化学，政治，心理学等供同学们选修。
