国王亨利八世学校
King Henry VIII
历年，国王亨利八世学校参加GCSE的学生有99%得到5科以上的C级成绩，90% sixth form毕业生能够入读大学学位课程，当中10%的毕业生能够入读Oxbridge大学。学校的目标是为学生提供最好的学习教育机会，为学生将来的发展打下良好的基础，同时为学生提供舒适的学习环境。
学校历史悠久，学校是1545年在国王亨利八世从当时教会买的一块地的基础上由John Hales建立的，经过多次的改迁和修整，学校发展到现在的规模。学校的图书馆也有悠久的历史，是1602年在第三任校长John Tovey的强烈要求下建成的，这座图书馆是这所学校同时也是这所城市的第一所图书馆，图书馆拥有大量的藏书，这些书是由过去的学生，贵族和皇室人员捐赠的。
学校近年新建了一系列设施，像科学楼，设备齐全的sixth form教学楼，全新的艺术综合设施，戏剧工作室，体育楼，图书馆等。学校鼓励学生多参加多元化的活动，希望可以帮助学生充分发挥个人的潜能。学校还发行一份专门介绍学校事件的年刊，名字是The Coventrian，在这份年刊中记录了学校举行的重大活动，还有学生优秀的写作作品，诗歌和学生的油画作品，在这份杂志中还有专门的板块介绍过去优秀学生的优良事迹。
在学校优良传统的教育下，学校涌现了大批的优秀人才，例如：Colin Blakemore英国优秀的神经生物学家，Bob Carlton女王剧院的艺术指导，David Duckham英国橄榄球联合会最优秀的球员之一等各行各业的杰出人士。
