伦敦舞蹈与戏剧艺术学院是英国排名最高的艺术类院校之一，该校是八所专业学校的联合体，包括：伦敦现代舞蹈学校 - 伦敦现代舞蹈学校分别开设有以舞蹈培训和教育为授课重点、以表演为重点或是以编舞为重点的现代舞硕士课程；布里斯托老威克剧院学校；芭蕾中央学校 - 该校顾名思义，是培养芭蕾舞蹈专业的好基地，以培养闻名世界的芭蕾舞蹈演员而深受舞蹈爱好者的青睐；杂技空间学校；伦敦音乐和表演艺术学校；北方现代舞学校；拉伯特芭蕾和现代舞学校 - 拉伯特学校是音乐学院附属舞蹈及戏剧，其宗旨是为了培养在专业舞蹈、戏剧和马戏艺术领域的未来领袖级艺术家；皇家戏剧艺术学校 - 是一所位于英国伦敦的戏剧学院，它被普遍认为是世界上最著名的戏剧学校之一，也是英国历史最悠久的戏剧学校，建于1904年。目前，舞蹈与戏剧艺术学院暂不能自行颁发学位证书，该校专业课程的学位证书由西英格兰大学、肯特大学和英国大学国王学院授予颁发。
