Royal Academy of Art
伦敦皇家美术学院，简称RA，世界四大美术学院之一，坐落在伦敦市中心，自从 1768 年成立以来迄今已有 245年，不仅历史悠久而且人才辈出，为培育世界绘画、雕刻、建筑艺术英才做出了巨大贡献。该研究院每年举行优秀学员及艺术家作品展，也吸引了国内外艺术爱好者的瞩目。
学院环境和评价
坐落在伦敦市中心的伦敦皇家美术学院，自1768 年成立以来迄今已有237年，不仅历史悠久而且人才辈出，为培育世界绘画、雕刻、建筑艺术英才做出了巨大贡献。该校每年举行优秀学生及艺术家作品展，也吸引了国内外艺术爱好者的瞩目。
伦敦皇家美术学院分为皇家艺术学院RCA和皇家美术研究院RAA。其中，RCA以培养学术人才，攻读学位为主；而RAA以培养专业人才、加强艺术家之间的交流、艺术作品展览为其首要任务。
伦敦皇家美术学院重视激起学员追求艺术卓越的雄心壮志，而不是仅仅提高他们的专业技能。
“我们希望学员确定自己努力的方面之后，要把个人潜力发挥到极限，能够登峰造极达到卓越与完美的境地。”
伦敦皇家美术学院作品展每年从五月一日到八月第一个星期一举行。参展者作品最多不得超过八幅，在伦敦展出过的作品不许可参加。全部作品必须先获得评审委员会通过方可展出。观众可自由选购参展作品。
伦敦皇家美术学院提供在欧洲只有3年的研究生课程。成功完成该期内课程，则可获得伦敦皇家美术学院艺术硕士文凭。
