Okanagan College位于加拿大西海岸卑诗省Kalowna市，是一所公立综合性高等教育学府。它建校于1963年，最初主要提供各类大专课程、职业技术培训课程和补习课程。1989年，学院开始与英属哥伦比亚大学UBC及维多利亚大学University of Victoria共同提供本科教育。1995年，Okanagan College获准单独颁发学士学位。
学院现有5所校园，向7200名学生提供本科，专科及证书培训课程并向3万多名学生提供继续教育课程并拥有一支高质量，负责任的教职工队伍。学院得到了加拿大主要的提供研究基金机构的支持并在计算机教学为基础的职业培训领域享有盛誉。
校区环境
中国学生和其他国际学生一般在Kelowna校区学习。Kelowna是Okanagan地区最大的城市，人口12万左右，距温哥华约4小时车程，距美国边境线约2小时车程。该地区以浓香的酿酒、美丽的海滩、世界顶级滑雪场以及丰富多彩的休闲娱乐和商机闻名于世。是加拿大风景最优美，气候最温和，空气最清新的地区。整个地区沿Okanagan湖而建，处于落基山脉的一个大山谷中，依山傍水，气候与北京类似，四季分明，温度与北京大体相当。冬天，滑雪是最普遍的运动，夏天可以游泳，滑水等。当地居民以欧洲移民后裔为主，亚洲人较少，居民之间非常友好，安全系数很高。
