新佛罗里达学院（New College of Florida）占地140英亩，坐落在坦帕市以南50 英里的萨拉索塔市，查尔斯里林旧居就在校园里面。新佛罗里达学院是佛罗里达州政府官方认定的文理科荣誉学院。
新佛罗里达学院校内有很多的社交机会以及学校出资举办的聚会，学生的宿舍非常漂亮和适合居住，所在的萨拉索塔市是一个漂亮、有着艺术氛围的城市
学校优势
新佛罗里达学院最初是一所私立学院，直至1975年该校与佛罗里达州立大学系统合并后成为了一所独立的公立文理学院。学校一直秉承优秀传统，通过独特的课程设置和高标准要求开拓学生的潜能，鼓励学生在学习过程中发现新的知识，具有研究能力以培养学生全面发展。
美丽的海岸风光是新佛罗里达学院的一大特色。学生大部分来自于佛罗里达州，学校提供了超过30个文理方面以及各学科交叉的特别的学科，学生可以选择。
新佛罗里达学院非常注重学生的自主学习和师生之间的沟通和交流，学生可以自我设计课程、可以同教授沟通来选课、可以在期末时得到教授的评语而不是考试分数，每个学生在校期间必须完成三个独立学习项目，以及一个毕业论文和答辩。新佛罗里达学院为学生提供的学习自由度非常适合有高度独立性和进取心并且能够自律的学生。
