新英格兰切斯特学院全称新英格兰切斯特学院Chester College of New England也有人叫新英格兰切斯特学院(切斯特)，切斯特学院新英格兰，Chester College of New England (Chester)，成立于1965，是一所规模小型（10000以下）的私立文理学院。

新英格兰切斯特学院位于美国新罕布什尔州地区切斯特市。属于温带季风气候, 冬夏季风向明显交替。冬季风时，受极地大陆气团控制，寒冷干燥；夏季风时，受极地海洋气团影响，暖热多雨。年降水量在500-600毫米之间。 气温差别大；夏季受温带海洋气团或变性热带海洋气团影响，暖热多雨，且南北气温差别小。冬季寒冷少雨，夏季暖热多雨。冬季在强大的西伯利亚大陆冷高压的影响下，盛行冬季风，以偏西偏北风为主，风力强劲，天气晴寒，雨雪稀少。最冷月平均气温南北差异大，南部在0℃以下，北部可达-20℃，平均纬度递减率为2℃/纬距。夏季在太平洋副热带高压的影响下，盛行夏季风，以偏东偏南风为主，风力较小；潮湿多雨，6―8月降水量占年降水量的70%以上。最热月平均气温南部可达26℃以上，往北有所降低，也不低于20℃，平均纬度递减率仅为0.4℃/纬距。自然植被为落叶阔叶林和针阔叶混交林。 学校地处乡村。
