社区进修服务学院成人教育部
Community Enhancement Services Adult Education Division
社区进修服务学院成人教育部于1995年建立了其教育机构，提供ESL英语课程和进修课程。
社区进修服务学院成人教育部的目的是向成人提供具有针对性的，适合各人的知识和技能，以帮助学生获得就业机会，技能的提升，事业的进阶和更好的教育。社区进修服务学院是由美国西部高校协会认可的学院。并由加州BPPVE颁发许可证。此外，社区进修服务学院取得了由美国教育部提供的财政援助。社区进修服务学院自1995年起开始提供ESL语言课程和居民计划课程，主要提供给大量的加州教育部认可的移民。社区进修服务学院1997年获得了加州移民局提供的职业教育的批准。社区进修服务学院2002年获得了美国西部高校协会的认证。社区进修服务学院于2003年获得了美国教育部提供的联邦财政援助。社区进修服务学院的教师都至少拥有学士学位并有3年的教职经验。社区进修服务学院雇佣多民族的，多语言的教职工从而拥有文化共识而适合不同文化背景人群的需要。教职员均有专业的，耐心的，具有奉献精神的职业素养并向学生提供高质量的服务。
