加州林肯大学UniversityLincoln是一所私立，非赢利性，无派系大学总部设在美国加利福尼亚州奥克兰。
本杰明・富兰克林・Lickey博士（Dr. Benjamin Franklin Lickey）与他的妻子苏珊于1919年成立了在美国旧金山大学，为第一次世界大战的退伍军人提供高等教育，并为其他成人提供成人高等教育。学校为了纪念林肯总统，秉承林肯总统价值观、工作观：为荣誉而活。
该大学通过国际化的师资力量和多元化的生源，建立起一个不同种族不同文化的学习交流平台。其校园就是一个21实际全球化的缩影。近年来林肯大学已经吸引了来自40个不同国家的留学生，学校充分尊重学生的个人发展，并为其营造良好的学习交流环境。
