美国太平洋洲立大学（Pacific States University，简称PSU） 始建于1928年，有着近80年的悠久历史，坐落于气候宜人，四季阳光普照的美国加利福尼亚州洛杉矶市区，附近更有比佛利山庄，迪斯奈乐园，环球影城，圣地亚哥的海洋公园及赌城拉斯维加斯等观光旅游景点环绕，交通便利，校园优美，是美国著名的非赢利性洲立大学。
美国太平洋洲立大学经美国教育部核准，美国专业权威教育机构ACICS、CHEA的认证，具有颁发学士、硕士和博士学位的资格，该校提供计算机学、心理学、建筑学、管理学、商业、设计和法律等四十多类专业课程。
学校也是加州“大学计算机网络联盟”成员之一，学生可利用网络进入加州各大学的图书馆查询资料，对学术研究及国际交流有相当大的帮助。同时学校设有海外学生中心，随时协助解决来自几十个不同国家的同学在学业及生活上的各种问题。
