阿姆斯壮大学
Armstrong University
阿姆斯壮大学(Armstrong University)，又译哈姆斯顿大学或阿姆斯特朗大学，是美国加州湾区的一家私立大学，专门于各种商业科目。学校在柏克莱及奥克兰设有校舍，目前有提供商业管理的学士(BBA)、硕士(MBA)及密集英语(IEP)课程。
哈姆斯顿大学在联合国的国际大学联盟(The International Association of Universities，IAU)的数据库中并无这间大学的资料，亦未见于美国专上教育办公室认可名单之列、更无国际商管评审机构(AACSB)的认证和六大地区的认证。另外，美国奥勒冈州政府对该校所颁授的学位只作有限度的承认。
荣誉博士学位的颁受条件亦很有问题：每年由世界华商投资基金会及美国美亚发展协会主办的《世界杰出华人奖》的所有得奖者，从第一届到第八届的得奖者都会自动获得大学的荣誉博士学位，所以这两项活动一直都是一并举行。外间相传只要有一千万美元即可成交，《壹周刊》甚至指出：要获该大学颁发世界杰出华人连荣誉博士衔约需七十万港元，但由该等学店颁受的学位及衔头有名无实，申请政府职位或升学进修时亦不会获承认。
基于以上理由，学校的国际认受性受到质疑。另其在网页/Google Map声称位于柏克莱“分校”的地址实际上并不存在，两者实地分别为住宅及一所名Berkeley High School的中学。
在美国教育科学院的官网上也未能搜到阿姆斯壮大学的相关信息。在中华人民共和国教育部公布的美国学校名单中，加州学校中并无阿姆斯壮大学。
方舟子称：“乐嘉获工商管理硕士的美国阿姆斯壮大学是王姓华人于1996年在加州注册的野鸡学校，上世纪末本世纪初曾在国内卖文凭，现在已关闭。”
