学校概况
里沃德社区学院成立于1968年，位于珍珠市夏威夷主岛欧胡岛。夏威夷州府檀香山为旅游胜地，全年风和日丽水蓝天青。每年进出檀香山的船舶约两千艘，每天进出檀香山国际机场的旅客多至40万人。
里沃德社区学院隶属于夏威夷大学十所分校系統之一，是一所二年制的公立社区学院，提供大学转学课程、副学士学位和证书课程。费低廉，转学课程多样化，成为许多人转学到夏威夷大学或美国其他大学的最佳跳板。转学课程包括人文科学、自然科学、商业科技、会计、电脑资讯、多媒体、表演视觉艺术、电视制作、护理等。里沃德社区学院在教学、教职员、良好安全的学生读书环境和休闲活动上拥有卓越的名声。
里沃德社区学院提供大学转学课程、副学士学位课程、还有证书课程。学生在读完二年的大学转学课程后，所修的学分可以转到四年制的大学，继续念大三的课程。
里沃德社区学院由于学费低廉，转学课程多样化，成为许多人转学到夏威夷大学或美国其它大学的最佳跳板。转学课程包括人文科学、自然科学、工学院先修、商业科技、会计、计算机信息、数字多媒体、表演视觉艺术、电视制作、汽车科技、餐饮及护理学预科等。
里沃德社区学院占地20公顷，俯瞰著名的珍珠港，设施齐备，有图书馆、书店、剧院、实验室、艺术中心、餐厅、网球场、就业辅导及学生咨询中心等，并且可以安排homestay。
